ATLANTA BRAVES 1977-1979
Perry, Georgia native Eddie "Buddy J." Solomon spent three season with the Braves during the late seventies, compiling a 17-26 record during that span. Career Braves highlight was probably a complete game 3-hitter against the eventual World Champion Pittsburgh Pirates on May 8, 1979.
He seemed to be called both Eddie and Buddy J. during his playing career. Well, the more names you have, the higher you are going to rate on this list.
Sadly, Eddie died in a car accident at the age of 34 in 1986.
